thanks for your great work here, just wanted to inform you that you have mixed up something.
I have just read the section about bacteria and im pretty sure that the periplasmativ space is bigger in gram negative bacteria.
in your pdf it says, nevertheless great work =D>
Gram negative bacteria on the other hand consist of the Plasma membrane, a fairly small periplasmic space, the Peptidoglycan layer, a bigger periplasmic space and then the outer membrane (consisting of lipopolysaccharides and proteins).
