I made a new summary out of the questions I got from Manuel. Unfortunatelly I was a little bit in a hurry at the end (I needed at least one night to learn for the exam^^), so the answers might be not in detail as much as the answers at the beginning.
Nevertheless, the summary might help you, the questions are most always the same every exam. 
If you have/make a better version out of it, please upload it to this forum, so that future students might benefit from it
